So, no, the US is indeed not the "greatest country in the world", and neither is any other. There is no such thing. Just because Santa is coming doesn't mean we have to disappear completely into LaLa Land.
That's been pointed out to both of them on a regular basis. I thought the chart might shut them up for a while, but of course it makes no difference to idiots like that. No one else has claimed to be 'the greatest'. No one else ever does. To do so is the height of crass stupidity and ignorance (not to mention illiteracy).
