Issue 94 - Reading, Writing, Thinking

Post by RickLewis »

Did I mention already that our new issue is now out?

Issue 94 (Jan/Feb 2013) has a theme of "Reading, Writing, Thinking". The cover story is about Jane Austen as a virtue ethicist. This is good timing, as this month is Jane Austen Month. (Because it is the 200th anniversary of publication of Pride and Prejudice).

The literary part of the issue is introduced with a short piece by the excellent and very philosophical novelist Tibor Fischer.

What I would like to know is what Mr Darcy and Elizabeth talked about at breakfast, after they got married.
Did they discuss Kant ?

How to keep a good marriage going is far more interesting than getting married, I would say.
