LEM is a tautology. You don't need it - you can derive it from identity.

Not when no choice is present, under the above you have P=-P either way.

Choice theory is a tautology of the observer, as such free will exists through laws which govern it.

The laws of physics govern the observer. The laws of logic are not laws - they are false gods.

Do you believe in progress by means of the dialectic thesis-antithesis-synthesis except there is no knowable finality?

False, as physics is descriptive it follows under laws of logic or at least is parallel to them.

As to the the laws of logic they negate themselves under their own laws, as such logic is self referential and can maintain itself without an empirical only base.

Physics does not give definition or clarity under choice theory as choice theory necessitates not just a choice in the beginning axioms, physics or logic, but choice theory is suspended from both as it is a means of definition to determine how definition occurs.
