Knowledge is experience fallible but knowledge just the same. If the experience/knowledge is not true to physical reality then delusion or illusion might be present. The same biology that made the error could not correct the problem, it would be left to that of another biology perhaps healthier than the one who errored. Through experience, we learn and when we learn we file it away for future use, undoubtedly we have all filed away false truths the process again is not infalliable. To the individual truth is experience, to the group truth is agreement.
