Scale is a function of the others, and only conceptual.

Anything which can be represented on a scale is a dimension. We can sense, notice, intact with a certain size of things, nothing larger, nothing smaller, so we are clearly limited to a range of scales, and sit in the center of that range just like we sit at a particular place left to right on a bench.

Things can be represented on a scale or in an oil painting, a TV screen or a plethora of media. None of this makes any of them "dimensions"
