"I think therefore I am" as a statement of change
"I think therefore I am" as a statement of change
"I think therefore I am" necessitates the "I" as existing through an action that stems from it. "Think" can be replaced with "x" thus showing the "I" as existing through the actions which form it. Action is existence as that which acts is a mode of change as change itself. All being is grounded in change thus to change is to prove existence. The "am-ness" of "I" is the change of "I" reflecting upon itself from a seperate vantage point thus expressing the change of "I" from one state to multiple states.

Welcome to my world. I have an argument for that here.Eodnhoj7 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 2:48 am "I think therefore I am" necessitates the "I" as existing through an action that stems from it. It wouldn't be a statement of change unless that's what the utterer has in mind.
You could say that it necessarily implies change, but that's different than saying that it's a statement of change.

I am conscious therefore I am consciously aware.
Re: "I think therefore I am" as a statement of change
Verbing, therefore verbing.
Being.

Statement is an action, action is change.Terrapin Station wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 4:16 pm It wouldn't be a statement of change unless that's what the utterer has in mind.

Subject/verb, therefore changing subject/verb. The change of subject/verb to another subject/verb is being.

It occurs through recursion where "think" and "am-ness" are the "I" repeated through a variation. The "I" is repeated through a multitude of actions.

Yet it manifests itself different through a variety of actions. An example of this would be the square, the line repeats itself through a variety of angles and positions thus the line exists through a variation. This variation allows the line to be repeated thus resulting in the entity of the square as a structure.
