is the logic of the observer infinite in relativity.

when measuring the speed of light the observer is conscidered to be stationary.say it was true that the observer(consciousness) was stationary.that would mean the observer is infinite as an unmoving thing must be infinite.so would the observers logic which has caused this to be known to the observer be also infinite.
