I love Peter Mayle's books and i want to talk others. how about you?

I know I've read at least one (maybe two) and enjoyed them, but can't recall what they were. (That happens at a certain age: brain- cells start dying with useful information still inside. Every time I'm introduced to a new person, I know that a name will fall out the other side of my head, and always hope it'll be that of a dead actor, not the guy who fixes my car.)
