Atla, don't be a wuss. Reject the disagreement!

Unless you are of course convinced that under the weight of the currently extant evidence it is only reasonable that you accept the disagreement. (?)
Maybe humbly accepting the disagreement was the most PC thing to do
Careful... please be careful. PC angers Veggie. With her, it's a fine line between PC and leftist Yank hatred, like the knife edge you walk on when opining anything to her. You might be better off rejecting the disagreement.

Believe me, I only want you to come out of this unhurt.

He-he. I, personally, like to shout "The self-induced self-identity of the self (Self) is self-reflecting the same image as the self-recoginition of the OTHER self of the same self" when heavy-equipment road construction workers have their coffee break.

@hex hammer sorry for not paragraphing it, I sort of forgot how to do that or right properly as I have been out of school and college for over 10 years. I appreciate your impute. If it helps, I am a introvert and most of this or my current situation is due to my mental illness(schizoaffective disorder). My issues are really nothing major compared to the masses or a lot of other people out there but to me it feels like its gigantic when its really not. For me life is harder without a purpose, there is no self direction, no guidance, no structure and it's very random and out of order witch I don't like at all.

I don't live with my parents or grandparents but I did live with my grandparents for a while(that's a whole another story IN itself)I live alone in a small apartment(flat, no bedroom). According to my therapist, family, phyciatrist and other supporters who all support my recovery say I am doing very well and improving myself. My therapist is very impressed with me or so she says. no one nags me for anything but when I lived with my grandparents the only thing I was nagged for was taking my medication and the only one nagging me was my grandma. I can elaborate on that further if you want.

on the weekends(Friday evening or night, Saturday and to sunday night) I am usually on the computer online chatting on a instant messaging site, sometimes all play a certain pc game every once in a while witch is kind of like the civ series. I do like to watch YouTube videos and part of those videos I watch after my house attended leaves on saturday is watching hot women twirk on youtube witch I fap to, also fap to some porn cd's I watch and seeing hot women pics on the net. I have a really big sex drive and always have since I was 5 and so it's only natural that I do this, also since I am a polyamorist male. I really cant go without sex or fapping for more then 3 days at the least and 1 week at the most. Somehow I was able to go for more then a month without fapping sometime before I had my most recent relaps where I ended up in a mental hospital facility but I don't know or remember how I was able to pull that off.

Maybe you already know this, but for some people, Schizophrenia spectrum disorders (I'd say this is especially true for Schizoaffective) can actually be caused by food allergies/food intolerances, or at least they can contribute to them.

The main culprits are dairy, gluten and yeast (especially baker's yeast). The constant autoimmune reactions to these foods can keep the brain and the gut permanently inflamed, which is what can cause the illness sometimes / contribute to it. It's theorized that another mechanism is when some molecules, like casein from dairy, can act as a hallucinogen in some people's brains. A third mechanism is Leaky Gut Syndrome (often associated with gluten); harmful molecules can enter the bloodstream easily and then travel to the brain. At one point Schizophrenia was even called Bread Madness because when there was a shortage of bread, some patients spontaneously recovered.

Now of course most doctors haven't heard of this or will simply ridicule it as nonsense, but they are taught to use synthetic drugs only. You could try doing your own research on the internet about this, take a food allergy/food intolerance test, cut out the above foods from your diet for 2-3 months (while staying on medication) and see what happens. Totally worth a try.

I think they put something in your food at mental hospitals, so you don't need to fop. The common name is "salt peter" and I don't know the proper technical name for it. They routinely give it to soldiers at wars so they don't need to fop, because a good fop saps the fips.

Yes, I would like to hear more detail how your grandmother nagged you to take your medication. My aunt used to nag me to brush my teeth and take a shower more frequently than once a month when I was in the deepest throes of my mental nervous breakdown.

A few words to you on spelling:

"Attended" is not "attendant". "I'll" is not spelled "all". Otherwise, pretty readable, no effort in undestanding your text and finding points of personal interest to some.

I strongly doubt its the food and I already eat pretty healthy, also I am about to witch to the Mediterranean food regimen witch is lot healthier then what I already eat witch is excellent for the brain. For about 1 or 2 years now I have been eating eating the same thing mostly very day. It consist's of 1 apple, 1 boiled egg, 2 slices of bread with no yeast in it and 1 full glass of whole milk. For launch it is 2 pieces of chicken tenderloins(one being a sandwich with no yeast breads plus lettuce) with turmeric, a beef burger with the no yeast bread, lettuce and a little bit of mustard with all of it. For dinner 1 burger sandwich and chicken sandwich with 2 bananas. In the middle of the day or at 3pm I drink one glass of prune juice to help with my bowels do to mostly the side effects of my medication. I drink plenty of water. none of it is hospital food.

I could try the food test I guess but if I do, the only thing I need to eliminate is the milk as nothing else of what you said is in my food. this food I have been eating is all for keeping my teeth, gums and mouth in good condition overall so I eat this as a doctor on a health forum recommended this to me as the cheapest food for quality health of keeping the inside of my mouth healthy or in great condition.

@Hex
my sex drive would probably be bigger if I wasn't on my medication as a side effect of the meds causes my labido to be much lower and give other dysfunctions to my penis and/or testicals however its only temporary as once I go off it, all those side effects go away. I know because last time I was hospitalized while I was staying there, I went 100% of my meds for a little and that all went away.

When my grandmother would nag me to take my meds, I did not like at all and it always pissed me off because I took my meds anyway without her nagging so I did not feel it was necessary for her to bug me about this. She would be so consistent about this that one day she went on vacation for a month and while she was away I purposely went off my meds just to piss her off, get back at her so she could feel how I felt about her nagging me so much about it.

@veg
She is doing great except now she has a very low form of diabetes witch she takes medication for and its sort of hard for her to stop craving junk food, candy and other stuff not good for her health but she seems to be getting better at controlling that and eating healthier.
