The only way we can have a righteous society is first to rip all the Band-Aids off at once. Revolution is necessary. The alternative is dystopia.

What if ripping all the band-aids off at once resulted in a civil war with many deaths and injuries. Does the end justify the means? I would think some of the "band-aids" are there to help people who have suffered in society. Furthermore, is our current society a dystopia that needs to be revolted against? Is the notion of a "righteous society" realistic or worth the potential costs?
