Trump is not a creationist, least he's not a young earth creationist. I don't think most republicans are nowadays. I don't even think Bush openly was. If by 'creationist' you just mean he's someone that believes god created the universe, I think that's a bit redundant.

A tyrant is the law, and thus cannot be criminal.

Trump could not have been elected only by social conservatives. Trump was elected by people who wanted a leader who wasn't Hillary. Trump continues to be exactly that.
