I don't think there's anything wrong with someone pursuing personal well being and making a decent living for themselves. I just don't think they should own or control extensive economic resources. I think larger scale economic entities (factories, banks, major transportation systems, news media etc) should be owned in common and administered democratically by those who have a stake in them. I don't think anyone should proverbially "hold a gun to someone's head and steal the contents of their wallet." That is probably a mischaracterization of the true tenets of socialism propagated by those who basically want to own society's economic centers.

Anyone with an iota of humanity and decency is a 'socialist' (although hardly anyone seems to know what it means. Perhaps it means nothing (what a surprise, another word rendered meaningless by idiots like Boob). Boob thinks it means 'communist', which was a Utopian ideal that ended up as nothing more than dictatorship. All 'socialism' has done is take some of the better ideas of communism and incorporate them into the kinder and more civilised societies we have today.

Do you really think sane people go on about 'satan', or the 7 pillars of blah, blah, blah, the book of non-revelations, or search for mystical numerical meanings in words (you can find any number you want by simply shuffling around letters to suit yourself).
