3.5 years ago, the West declared a success in Libya for ending the regime of a dictator with airsrtikes.
Today Libya is in the grip of a massive civil war, and the new an emergent ISLAMIC STATE legion is now killing people there as well as in Syria and Iraq.
Airstrikes are the preferred means of disruption, now in effect against IS in Syria and Iraq.
This avoids 'boots on the ground", but seems to push the problem elsewhere.
Egyptians have suffered at the hands of IS. How long before they move to Afghanistan or Pakistan??
When is the West going to figure out that 14 years of conflict have resulted in nothing but more problems?
