How can the planets move in your ‘perfect transparent crystal.’ ?

Elementary particles (defects) are flipping to other crystal position in every new Planck time layer... In every time tick

( BTW Two years later: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_crystal )

...to revive discussion...

The movement of (elementary) particles does not run thru/into “crystal of history”, every change of position of moving particles is realized in new (planck) time sediment (in new crystal (time) layer) of growing history. I remind that I see elementary particle as defect in regular structure of physical space (vacuum / aether) and our Universe as growing / crystalysing history. History is crystalising from the Future. Noticed defects are (during condensation) replicated into new time layers (see eg screw dislocations).

The mathematical map brings us to the vacuum..
I would say it brings us to the Void or Emptiness, not a vacuum. The latter is an extended object, the former is not.

For instance, Ruseell's paradox takes us beyond sets, not to the empty set. Kant's analysis of the intellect ends with a phenomenon that is not an instance of a category, not with a vaccum but with a conceptual void.

Other than this quibble I found your OP a good summary.

All so-called ''terra incognita, sacred ground, mysterious territory'' EXIST
(as dark matter, dark energy, black holes, white holes, wormholes and gravity-matter)
in the Cosmic Nothingness / Emptiness / Void / Vacuum
