Here's an interesting YouTube for anyone who has been following the Diet Reformation over the last 15 years, and watching the old paradigm fail all too gradually.
It brings up serious questions about the harmful role of the profit motive changing matter of science.

Re: How Ancel Keys caused the Obesity crisis
Just watched the vid, does make one wonder. Although since watching some of these videos I notice now I am bombarded with Carnivor diet stuff and wonder if the meat industry are injecting wads of cash to some of these tubers.
I finally chowed the week through my huge stash of potatos! Only one big one left - a sweetpotato - more carbs than std ones.
Just watched this one from Ken Berry: https://youtu.be/xE383evpvXM
He won't convince me not to eat honey occasionally though, unfortunately I like that on muffins for brekky-will have to cut that down some.
I won't go totally carnivore, but the reducing carbs makes sense and will look at what veg is best. Dry July too..

It's driven by your won interest.
Ken Berry is interesting he started promoting keto and decided to go full carnivore.
Carnivore is interesting because had you asked anyone 20 years ago they would have told you carnivore was a death sentence. Now social media is showing there are people who have been plant free for decades.
And despite the massive amount of anthropological evidence that eating just meat os very healthy indeed did not stop the clowns like Ancel Keys screwing with everyone's life because he had a hunch about cholesterol and fat which turns out to be dead wrong and I mean DEAD wrong.
