If certainty is the rest state of uncertainty.then uncertainty is the presentation of certainty.uncertainty is certainty out of rest state .so energy /timespace=certainty out of rest state giveing principle to effect event.there by all fictional moveing states have absolute fact as there rest state.?just as if the universe ,had never happened from an unmoveing certainty piont of veiw anyway .regs jackles
