You are the Unknown Known
You are the Unknown Known
Faith is an antonym of belief, describing the trust and confidence to let go and accept the unknown.
From Belief to Clarity.

Re: You are the Unknown Known
The part is not the whole…but it also isn't *not* the 'thing' of which it is a part.
Re: You are the Unknown Known
na,
faith is belief and trust (look it up). and living things believe and trust what they know, and have no faith in what they don't know.
politicians seek out what the public knows or is familiar with and tries to emulate that same likeness and image.
people who stay with and abusive spouse do the same they stay with what they know and can trust it to be what it is, because in many cases if some one was nice to them all the time and treated them with respect, then they don't believe the person or trust them because they have been taught otherwise and believe and trust what they've been taught.
some have been taught religion in their lives and they believe and trust value of the religion, maybe not the god, but the religion. some say they know the Living God (Most High) therefore they believe and trust what they know. those who don't know, don't believe and or trust.
Re: You are the Unknown Known
''Claimed Knowing'' is nothing more than just blind belief, and or, assumption, and or, hypothesis, and or, speculation, in other words...Any claim to know anything at all, is nought but pure imagination...Why so? ...because 'no one' who is born is ever actually present at that birth to be able to know it occurred to them personally, nor is that birthed one absent from the birth. The knowing of such an event is an imposed artificial supposition placed upon what is always this immediate primary unknowable presence, of which there is no prior knowledge of.DPMartin wrote: ↑Mon Apr 11, 2022 4:55 pm

Same applies to the concept of death...'no one' is present at their death, nor are they absent from their death. Such is the nature of knowledge, the knowing of every concept, that in and of itself knows nothing.
That's the reality of how far human knowledge can stretch...insofar as it cannot get get beyond it's own imagination. Reality for the human mind will always be likened to a dream, in which nothing ever happens, it only appears to happen.

are you for real? how can you not be present at your birth into the world, if you weren't present then you weren't born into the world. you might not remember it but you were there and because you are still here its apparent you have been there when you came into the world, same with death you're the only one who experiences your own death and it is experienced so you are there when you die.Dontaskme wrote: ↑Tue Apr 12, 2022 6:46 am''Claimed Knowing'' is nothing more than just blind belief, and or, assumption, and or, hypothesis, and or, speculation, in other words...Any claim to know anything at all, is nought but pure imagination...Why so? ...because 'no one' who is born is ever actually present at that birth to be able to know it occurred to them personally, nor is that birthed one absent from the birth. Re: You are the Unknown Known
You cannot know you are alive. . . for the same reason you cannot know you are dead.
There is no one who is born, there is no one who dies.
You cannot remember your birth because you were never born. Nothing lives in a memory anyway, memory is likened to a dream, in which images appear to be real, but have no actual substance or physical location.DPMartin wrote: ↑Tue Apr 12, 2022 4:12 pm you might not remember it but you were there and because you are still here its apparent you have been there when you came into the world, same with death you're the only one who experiences your own death and it is experienced so you are there when you die.
A character seen in a nightly dream is the same character seen in waking life, both are made of the exact same energy, namely, illusory images of the imageless.
Re: You are the Unknown Known
But who and what 'you' are, EXACTLY, is ALREADY KNOWN.
Well that is by 'I' anyway.
Well that is by 'I' anyway.
Re: You are the Unknown Known
In philosophy of self, self-awareness is the experience of one's own personality or individuality. It is not to be confused with consciousness the imageless image...aka a looked upon projection of consciousness.

GOD... is a self-portrait.
Art is natural, nature is art-ificial.

you have to be there to be born into the world and you have to be there to leave the world, what you posted here is nothing but BSDontaskme wrote: ↑Wed Apr 13, 2022 6:58 amYou cannot know you are alive. . . for the same reason you cannot know you are dead.
