No. That does not follow logically. Think about it more carefully, if you will.

If you go to jail for murder, and you go to jail for embezzlement, and you go to jail for public drunkenness, does that mean that legally all of those infractions are the same?

No. It just means that all of them are infractions. It means all of them are bad. Not equally bad, but bad.

And no, you don't get to plead to the judge, "Well, sure I killed that guy, but I've given so much to charity..." So it's not a "trading off," either.
