Do you think it odd that your God never acknowledges you? Is that rude?

Is there a God? If so, what is She like?

Thinking of God is not the issue. The issue is thinking and giving to that God without thanks for it that is.

That is where the rudeness comes into play.

Then thankfully, ''thought up God's'' cannot demand an acknolwedgement, how could a thought be interested in acknowledgement?

Your thread is begining to lose it's credibility, it makes about as much sense as wanting your teddy bear to acknowledge you.

In fact this thread makes no sense whatsoever imho.. I have no idea what it is you are trying to say, and the more replies I get from you, the further away the actual meaning of this thread alludes me.

.
That is because you cannot or will not recognize the issue from a theists POV.

If you get past that, then you will understand the issue and question.

Like I said earlier, we can't recognise another persons God of their own understanding. I know what a theist means, but what I don't know is why you keep moving the goal post in every reply...how am I supposed to get past what you keep moving? I still am none the wiser as to what it is you are trying to point out here?

.

This ''your God'' idea...who or what is this ''your'' that has a God?

"We all have a God. I say that in the broader sense of the word, as God is an ideal you have created for yourself. From atheism to fundamental, you will, in that sense, have a God/Ideal, be God your God natural or supernatural."

To stay in the sense of this thread:

I have no god. I have unknown "people" who might affect my life sometimes. But it could just as well be imaginary.
They have the entire earth as their playground. They seem to favor influence rather than control.
It's their game. Their hobby. Their casual entertainment.

Do I mind? As long as they don't screw me, not really. I don't wanna die, but still I long for this nonsense to be done...

None of us want to be screwed, but statistically speaking, financially, we are all getting it in the a--.

If you do not have some view for an ideal man or God in mind, that you seek to emulate, then you are not evolving.

Say's who?

Do you even know who the 'who' is that you are referring to?

If you are referring to the idea there is a 'who' in the first place, then the answer is...I do have a view, but it's not visible or privy to another.

So that in effect would make the desire to have that view acknowledged an utter 'pipe dream', and as such an unattainable idea, so nothing appearing in the context of 'rudeness' here, there is simply nothing to see here, unless you want to imagine and believe there is.

The thread topic is pointless.

Everyone knows the truth of their being.

The title of this thread is RUDE, not any God.. it's an insult to the intelligence of what's already being here now.

Albeit an illusory insult, since that's just a mental construct, it doesn't exist.

What I find rude is Christians adoring a genocidal son murdering God and somehow thinking him good.

I could replace rude with stupid but that seems to really insult people who are doing stupid things.
