Not at all. Most choice does not involve any physical movement at all, because most choice is about what one thinks. When one decides to act overtly it is never a, "choice followed by an action," but always a continuous integrated act between consciousness and the physical behavior. It isn't like your childish view of volition: the thought, "hand move," followed by the hand doing something on its own, or even a thought followed by some event in the brain. The events that occur in the brain and can be detected (though very poorly) are associated with physical actions, because those brain events are associated with consciousness, some related to motor nerves related to specific physical actions.
I am specifically interested in the phenomena of moving the body rather than thoughts.
OK!
Ok? Do you stimulate different parts of your brain in order to move?

No, it does only experience mental things.
Right, so some of what consciousness experiences isn't created by the mind, then.
I think so. Other minds probably.
I wish I could figure out why these sorts of views are so prominent on boards like this, but people are too veiled to make it easy to figure out. It would be easier to figure out in person.

What you, conscious mind, experience is not created by you. Other minds created that. You also create thoughts.

Other minds create nothing of what we experience, and our own minds don't create most of it.

Of course, we do.
Based on?
Mind is needed for any change.
No it isn't. Again, your responses to my comments in that thread were the usual set of inabilities to understand my comments plus your usual confusions, insanities, idiocies, etc. I keep hoping you're trolling, because the alternative is depressing.
