Could physical process create mind?

Here we discuss whether physical process could create mind. First mind by definition is the essence of every being which experiences, decides and acts/creates. Our conclusion is that "physical process/mere motion cannot create mind".

The argument: Let's assume that it does. Mind however causes physical process. This means that a thing is creating itself which is problematic since the thing has to exist and exist not at the same point.
