the super ego and nonlocality

is the super ego nonlocal to the local event.the brain being part and parcel of the event and taking on the local event identity as the self .the ego being then lost to the event.so we would have a moving id and an unmoving superego.with the ego in limbo.the super ego could no!t then be accelerated as it has never happened.?
