Re: How to cope with being in Lockdown.

...I've been pushing myself to accomplish a lot of stuff in my life for quite a long time -- the final big piece being put into place just yesterday. It feels like an acknowledgement/suggestion from the Universe.... How does an atheist universe "acknowledge/suggest" something Lacewing? Do...

Re: How to cope with being in Lockdown.

Nice if you can afford it but many just cannot afford the luxury of getting back in touch with themselves as they are facing ruin and possible homelessness. Of course there are all kinds of positions that people have during this situation. Most everyone, including myself, seems to be severely shake...

Re: How to cope with being in Lockdown.

As Arising just pointed out, many people don't have the luxury of using this time as an opportunity to get in some extra navel gazing  I've been doing work to support my community as well as contemplating the opportunity for greater balance and clarity. Do you do either of those things, Veggi...

Finally, I agree with you.
You agree that Henry doesn't care?

Re: Coronavirus Craziness

Reality is: the subject field is open . That others choose not to use it as a tool it is is also not my problem. There have been others who also asked you to stop screwing it up. Meanwhile, you frequently boast how you don't like people messing with anything that affects you, but you think nothing ...

Does it give you some weird pleasure to see the title remain changed to your lame topic, simply because people are replying and they don't think about changing it?

Henry, stop changing the fucking title. It's useful for reference to identify the actual topic, not some lame idea that's in your head.

Re: Coronavirus Craziness

Another interesting note: Half of the various Leftie media "sages" are predicting that quarantines will eventually lead to increased domestic abuse and a spike in divorces. The other half these same loony lefty publications are predicting a baby boom. So which is it? Does quarantine make ...

Re: How to cope with being in Lockdown.

I'm finding that this (lockdown) is an opportunity to reconnect with the qualities in myself and my life that might otherwise be drowned out by the noise of life-as-usual. I'm reminded that there is always more to see/experience if we don't habitually gravitate to some kind of noise or ideas to be a...

They don't all need to be a new topic as if they are somehow substantial or profound, or just because you want attention for (or you are impressed by) every little flutter in your brain. Just create one topic titled DAM'S CRAZY SHIT... and that will cover about everything that pops up that you have...

Why do you create threads for any random thought you have? There are here only random thoughts and their meanings. They don't all need to be a new topic as if they are somehow substantial or profound, or just because you want attention for (or you are impressed by) every little flutter in your brai...
