live as nature intends.... rip the throats out of your prey
This is what you think. And who are you to know what nature "intends"? Surely nature is larger than a single perceived intention.
just keep "cooperating"

Re: What is Panspiritism?

I'll explain what I mean by faith. Faith is what keeps every living creature wanting to live unless it is in utter despair. Faith is nothing like what you wrote. Faith is believing that 2 + 2 = 5 just because someone else says it is and even though your instincts say it isn't. But what you give an ...

Panspiritism and the 'creative quality of fundamental consciousness' are fanciful fantasies.
This answer might work on facebook but on a philosophy site it's not worth posting without some argument.
I could say the same about yours!

Love is when you see him/her making out with another gal/guy and you don't feel jealous.

Re: Logik's guide to successful detox from Philosophy Now

Well the thing is that my paltry BA(hons) in Philosophy allows me to grade the philosophy bullshitters Well that is an interesting notion.. to grade contributors... My criteria is : Do they have something interesting to say? And a lot of people do.. and I like that as I am here to learn. But a lot ...

And what process do you use to determine that something is 'true'? Guesswork? Opinion? 'Cos it is obvious? ... As above, how do you determine whether your proposition is 'correct' or 'true' or 'false'? Without an explicit process, all you have is opinion. I'm surprised by this repeated question. Th...

To be knowledge a thing must be true, And what process do you use to determine that something is 'true'? Guesswork? Opinion? 'Cos it is obvious? A proposition is a statement that asserts something about an existent or existents. If I simply write or say the word "Zeus," it is neither true or false....

All knowledge is in the form of propositions.

What justification do you have for this claim?
This is very basic epistemology.
Are you sure? It is only a claim, that would seem to be unjustified. It doesn't explain how we know what we know.

No one can actually be that lacking in comprehension. When a person uses faulty or incomplete nor contradicto...

Nevertheless, it is always possible to know if what one believes is based on reason from the evidence reality presents and therefore true. You mean like the Earth is flat? Re: Hypotheses? Forget About It!

Humans can survive very well if all they do is determined by choices based on what they know. 'Truth' has nothing to do with it. If what one thinks they know is not true, it is false, and any choices based on that false knowledge will be disastrous. Not at all. People survived very well for many th...

Morality and the judicial system relies on the free will to be real.
Morality is a myth.

The judicial system does not rely on 'free-will' being real.

Whether the world is 'determined' or whether there is 'free-will' makes no difference to anything or anybody.

Or have you got something more?
