Re: Christian Civilization -- The Central Issue

The first few pages of 'The Sword of Christ': Translation As Steven Anderson has conclusively demonstrated1, the 1611 Authorized King James Version is the only Bible translation which we can trust. Aside from its infinite beauty, the King James Version is the only English translation that ap- proach...

Re: Is morality objective or subjective?

And this is the very reason why I said and wrote, 'When the words 'free-will' refer to, The ability to choose, then ...'. I used the 'when' word for the very specific reason that words can have very different meanings. Some words even have exact opposite meanings, just to confuse things up more, fo...

Re: The Role of the physical Body in Philosophy

I was taught many different perspectives on philosophy. One perspective was that a person cannot simply debate ideas without placing ourselves personally and physically into the debate. Thus when/if someone argues that murder is not immoral, we place ourselves into jeopardy through our statements i...

Re: Is morality objective or subjective?

Your opponents simply adopt a different meaning of free-will. 'Adopting', having, and using different meanings for different words, as I have been pointing out and saying here is WHY you adult human beings have been arguing, bickering, in conflict, and even killing each other for thousands upon tho...

Re: Is morality objective or subjective?

It is an absolutely impossibility to make a choice upon something not yet known, obviously. They are not claiming that. Now, what I, clearly, said above here is that if you want to think or believe that it is logically possible to provide a sound and valid argument against a sound and valid argumen...

Re: Is morality objective or subjective?

When the words 'free-will' refer to, The ability to choose, then both free will and determinism play more or less an equal part, in Life. See, everyone is completely free to make decisions, but all can only make a decision upon a limited amount of choices, which all of, it could be said and argued,...

Re: Is morality objective or subjective?

It is funny to watch and observe just how many people completely dismiss me here when I say I have the irrefutable facts or Truths. And, what makes this more funnier to play out is these people did this without ever challenging nor questioning me. Can you state your irrefutable facts about free-wil...

Re: Is morality objective or subjective?

Not that you would be brave enough to clarify here but remember it is you who keeps claiming that God is male gendered. So, is this a 'religious' construct or the actual reality, itself?
God used to be a guy with a wife.

Then God became non-binary.

Re: Is morality objective or subjective?

Whatever "jiggery pockery and nonsense" IC has ... The idea that God can know the future without the future being predetermined is pretty common in religion and Christianity. But what is 'common' certainly does not mean that 'it' is even remotely close to the actual Truth of things. Sure....

Re: Decadence and "Liberal Rot"

Is there such a thing as cultural "decadence"? And does decadence take the form of "weakness" or "softness" as some appear to believe? Yes, one can see that in the decline of organizations. Could be a company, a nation, an empire. Are attitudes such as kindness, compas...
