Is anyone familiar with Fallibilism, the philosophy that states that all knowledge is conjectural? I don't think if Fallibilism is right unless God is evil. It was basically founded by Karl Popper...

They have been solved by Popper and Deutsch. All knowledge is conjectural. Justification is not required. We guess at solutions to problems, and then criticize those guesses.
