Art and beauty does not exist. It is all in the eyes of the beholder. It's perception.

Just because many people agree on the same perception, does not make it real. Just popular.
if you say so.

as for me, i ignore culture/majority - and know art/beauty when i see it.

If free will is a fiction ( I don't think it is ), then it's a deeply rooted fiction, one most folks won't give up as reality. Re: Age: "I have already explained what a 'person' is, to me."

Consider: June Wisenheimer is one month shy of her 100th birthday. Without any number of regular medical treatments and procedures, June will give up the ghost. Her days of biological viability are behind her. By your logic: we ought suspend any and all life-preserving -extending care and let her c...

It's the wordiest language, as it evolved from the Germanic forms to incorporate many other languages. What we didn't have, we imported. And what we did have, we added alternatives and variants.
yes, but personally think we have more "french" than "german" in "english" due to the Normans.

IMO.

Re: Why is English the wordiest language?

Heard this from a game show. 🇺🇲PhilX🇺🇲 because it was born from Gaelic (very little remains in english today - but there are few words), German (via Anglo Saxon's), and French (via Normans), and later added in some Latin from acedemia in the 17 century. so 2.5 sources - in the real world 2 sources,...
