it was diagnosed after she had abdominal surgery was as specific as I found... it could be in her toe for all I know- it said she was doing chemo...

At this point, neither Kate nor the Royal Family have released any details concerning the location and type of cancer nor any details about the preventative chemo Kate is receiving.
