First of all, we the people of Earth are happy that you have reported back to your fellow colleagues that there is life on Earth. We appreciate the opportunity to prove we are sentient.

NASA Pioneer Gary Childress will be sending his findings in another telegram as soon as an Internet connection can be established with Neptune. We hope to send a probe to Neptune soon with a plaque and award of the highest achievement for you. It may not be as honorable as the Nobel Prize but it's the best we can do.
