I have argued that America has a two-tiered judicial system...
that the wealthy, powerful, connected with titles have
one system of justice and the rest of us have another system...
this is most evident by the judicial treatment of IQ45... anyone
else holding classified documents, would already be in jail...
the trial would have occurred months ago.. and he would have
been sentence to decades in prison...if even one person is given
preferential treatment due to wealth or titles or connections,
that means the entire judicial system is corrupt...
the justice system only works if, if every person is treated the same..
and that is clearly not the case... the belief in justice is the belief
in equality before the law.. and equality is the belief that powers
the idea of justice...where everyone is treated the same regardless
of who they are and their position in the state/society... or as has
been well established, that no one is above the law... and if one is
above the law, then we no longer have a judicial system...
then we have arbitrary application of the laws....
we obey when its convenient and disobey when it is not...
the state of Alabama has decided to ignore the US. Supreme court
by refusing to follow the court ruling on the congressional maps they
used to create voting jurisdictions.. the Supreme court ruled that
Alabama in creating its congressional map failed to comply with
the court's landmark voting rights act decision in June..
and the road to America's dissolution is paved with acts such as this...
once the states refuse to obey the federal government, we now
have a state of anarchy in America.. where rules and laws
are obeyed when convenient, not at all times.. as it must be...
the justice system is integral to the continuation of the state...
once the justice system fails, shortly thereafter the state fails...
and this leads us to what the conservatives have been saying for a while now..
they are voting for IQ45 to "own the libs" but that criteria is leading us
to the end of the nation... is ''owning the libs'' more important than
the health and welfare of this country?
''to own the libs" has lead conservatives to support anarchy, lawlessness,
terror and vlad Putin... over America...and what I find most surprising is
that they can't even see how their faith in "owning the libs" is destroying
the country...their prior faith in America and religion and god has
been replaced by their faith in anger and hate and destruction....
to support overthrowing the government and replacing it with
a dictatorship is their avowed goal... and all this to "own the libs"
what a sad and disturbing way to end the promise of America...
to put "owning the libs'' above the good of the country is what
will end this country and all it stands for...and that is too bad...
I actually like the idea of a country that stood for something,
''the city on the hill'' and was the voice of democracy for over 2
centuries.... when the morals and ethics of a country is overthrown
for rank power, it is the end of that country... and rank power is
all the GOP/MAGA party stands for these days....and the evidence
is quite clear when the GOP/MAGA party supports and even cheer
on this denial of even-handed justice and equality....
