Infinity-big and Infinity-small in Physics.
----
Hegel distinguished two types of infinities: bad infinity (mathematical
sequence of numbers) and actual infinity (numbers regardless of their order)
------
1 - "Infinitely big is that which cannot be increased"
/ Spinoza /
The infinite cosmic vacuum cannot be increased.
The concept of "time" cannot be applied to the Infinite cosmic vacuum.
Time and space are inextricably linked in it (mathematicians called
such unity "an absolute 4D spacetime")
The endless cosmic vacuum is home to all quantum particles and
antiparticles, virtual particles and billions and billions of galaxies.
The infinite cosmic vacuum has an isotropic, uniform, flat and absolutely
cold temperature T=0K, which is constantly deformed by entropy
and quantum fluctuations.
The structure of cosmic vacuum (T=0K) is described by the "Ideal Gas Theory"
and Quantum Physics.
-----
2 - The infinitely small is described by the "Ideal Gas Theory" and Quantum Physics.
a) According to the "Ideal Gas Theory", particles at T=0K have a Boltzmann k-molar
passive mass, have no volume, but are shaped like very thin membranes (pi=3.14 . . . )
b) According to Quantum physics, particles at T=0K have Planck active energy h=Et
c) On the quantum level the Planck active energy (E=h*f) is 10^39 (10^41)
times stronger than the Boltzmann k-molar passive mass (S=kTlogW)
and therefore their interaction created everything.
----
3 - Georg Cantor:
article "On different points of view on the actually infinite"
In mathematics, the general (continuous function) is connected to the particular
(limit, limit of an infinitesimal quantity)
a) Infinite large is not available to increase.
b) Infinite small is conceived as "transfinite" -
"corresponding to the smallest super-finite number."
c) The actual, real, physical connection between them is unclear.
-------
4 - Scientists today ignore infinite quantities.
(in ordinary, everyday work, infinities are not needed)
