You don't know what 'existence' or 'belief' means either!

The best you can ever hope for is functional equivalence.

See! This is fucking stupid.

You can never know whether I actually felt something, or whether I am lying to you when I say "yes, I felt something".
The digital sensor on the back of my head was activated.

For you it's not the problem of other minds. For you - it's the problem of epistemology.

You are getting fucking stupid. If I build a robot - put a processor into it - a bunch of tactile sensors I know damn fucking well the thing ain't got any more qualia than a tractor!

And what if you didn't build it? What if God built it.

Your job is to determine whether it actually feels, or whether it just SAYS that it feels.

Fine. Show me the schematics or show me the biology. (to start with)

Either I am a real consciousness. Or I am an AI. I don't know which one I am.

You figure it out!

Where do you want to start? Do you want to do an MRI on me?
What evidence would convince you either way?

I'll start by confirming how close your DNA matched mine - since I know that I AM conscious.

Absolute nonsense.

What you are testing is whether I am "the same" as you.

You don't know whether you are AI or consciousness any more than I do.

You aren't testing for my "consciousness" or "AI-ness"

What probability do you assign to the hypothesis "I am wrong about my own consciousness?"
Wrong in what way?

Wrong as in, you aren't a real consciousness.

You are an AI that was merely convinced that it is conscious.

e.g your assumption "I know that I am conscious" is wrong.

Again, you are forgetting my definition of what constitutes Artificial Intelligence.

AI does not have qualia.

I know that I do.

If I was made of plastic and experience qualia - consciousness - then I am NOT AI

Your DEFINITION doesn't matter.

DEFINITIONS are just language. Not ontology.

I know that I do.
If you are an AI, then you are the counter-example of your own definition.

You are an AI that has qualia.

Language is our best comprehension between each other as to the nature of existence.

NO. AI does not have qualia - it is conscious if it does! ergo, no longer an 'artificial' intelligence.
