As always, I'd be happy to review and inspect any bonifide evidence (not anecdotes) showing I'm really an embodied spirit or soul and not just a pecuilar and particular arrangement of matter (a thing marvelous in its own right)

Till such evidences are foisted up, I'll just go with what I got.

Another option is to practice turning off the system completely and walking away from it. The computer does not need to be ON all the time... even if everyone else's computers are ON all the time. There's too much risk of malware (BobBot) and viruses (RevelationRedux) when one stays connected to the system all the time. Then it doesn't matter what software or OS we're running... as our processing can be corrupted by all sorts of madness. So I think it's good to practice complete system sweeps on a regular basis.

Taoist and Zen schools teach & practice it effectively.

Religion is just an obvious example, so are our antiquated morals and social rules - how about the capitalistic software - our relation to the mother "Gaia" who bore and feeds us - or the exploration of technologies that might either poison or pulverize us - or......??

Actaully for most of that half a million years, humans were perfectly happy without any civilisation at all. That only started around 12,000 years ago. Maybe we already had as close to utopia as we were ever going to get before.

Well, it's said ignorance is bliss, so mebbe you're right.

I'm good. The only possible way that seems to be trustworthy for ANY communications these days is to keep things light. You can't trust even email or phones these days if you want to preserve credibility for your ideas. I only valued the Internet most for the sake of sharing ideas but unless you literally HAVE your own server there is NO legal recourse to preserving your content or credibility.
