What Do YOU, Theists, personally Lose in Giving UP a Belief in God?
My views:
It is Impossible for God to exist as Real

Why theists cling to an illusory God is a psychological need as a critical crutch to soothe the terrible inherent existential pains [angsts] which are driven by an evolutionary default of an existential crisis.
Thus giving up a belief in God [illusory] would entail some sort of terrible cold-turkey with immense tortured sufferings.
As such, the solution is to find alternative solutions to deal with the inherent and unavoidable existential crisis in the future [not possible given the current psychological states of the evolved majority]
There is nothing critical for theists [& humanity] to lose if theists give up a belief in an illusory God.
