No, it should have to do with money. Like when they fire you if they can replace you with a cheaper worker, perhaps younger or foreign. Or when you exercise free speech while on corporate property and often when not. Or when you don't smile enough. Or when some hedge fund does a takeover and can make short term gains by downsizing (your ass). We should go back to the 50s when you could only be fired for not being patriotic in the right ways. Or for seeming to be or being gay. Of if you were 'fast' as a woman. Or, shit, if you didn't want to wear a tie. Those were the days of freedom, when corporations kept their hands in their own pockets and only focused on how well you did the job.
