Is it sin for a rape victim to abort the fetus?

Can philosophers help resolve the real problems that people have in their lives?

No it's not, the Sin of rape precludes the Sin of abortion.
The premise of the question overlooks and ignores the first half.

I agree

The reality is that the world is not a paradise and doesn't treat unwanted children particularly kindly. Once upon a time, the technical name for such children was "bastard", which is currently a very pejorative term.
As you say, the core problem is holding people accountable for their actions. Until that is done, forcefully, with governmental authority, then Western liberal societies will continue shirking all responsibilities, including punishment of Rape, and especially including the matter of unwanted children.

To not allow the women the right to abort the product of a rape, simply encourages the further raping of women. The woman/women are then violated twice over, no, this would not be an act of a compassionate society.

LOL

One of the MAIN REASONS there is FAR LESS 'accountability' nowadays, when this is being written, IS BECAUSE 'holding people accountable', FORCEFULLY, is BEING DONE.

Some of the IDEAS and VIEWS, which some of 'you', people, have and HOLD here, are ABSOLUTELY IDIOTIC, and self-DEFEATING.

And the Truly FUNNY 'thing' here IS 'you', people, can NOT YET SEE 'it'.

And what IS 'this CLAIM' based UPON, EXACTLY?

Are 'you' here, REALLY, 'trying to' suggest that 'men' RAPE 'women' that their WHOLE or MAIN 'purpose' is to get the 'women' pregnant?

Is when a government FORCES 'women' to NOT have abortions a VIOLATION, ALSO?
