Saying such logic you shall not avoid helping a good person. Suppose a good person is harmed by a bad person. You must try from your side to save him, even after all your trails also if you are unable to save so called good person then you can conclude that it is due to his previous bad action that he has received such and such harm now.

But you shall not think when you see a good person suffering. You shall immediately try to help. Even after you try from all the angles then also you or anybody else is not able save him then it is the result of his past sinful deed.

Though if you were in a wheelchair and God knows this, he still decided, for some reason, not to intervene himself. He will come and help gurus produce fruit in the air or get rid of rashes and sometimes even more significant miracles.

But if the humans near the child rape cannot get there in time or are tied to the wall, God will generally not interfere, because God has chosen that punishment for the child.

We must rush to save, and God need not.

There is no sin.
Sin is a religious concept. If there were no religion there would be no sin.
So only negative propagation of spiritual knowledge can control the outbreak of sin.
