Is this disrespectful to women?

A wolf whistle from a man? Or leaving a toilet seat up by a man? Or is it disrespectful to a man to get a wolf whistle from a woman? Or for a woman to leave the toilet seat down?

First of all you need to define is it a woman or a feminazi, there is a difference. W woman will take the attention of a man as a compliment but to a feminazi everything a man does is wrong.
