If my theory were to be put to the test time might just make the telling difference in terms of what people know, or at least think that they know. You may well be right though, but the point is this, that the approach may open a door to the very nearest thing to immortality, however distant still from actual immortality this might still be. It is not wishing oneself young of which I speak, it is absolutely knowing oneself to be young. Nobody currently adopts this approach, and this is the fundamental difference. The every day lame approach is absolutely useless, how could it possibly make even a dent, we are programmed to age for god`s sake. Sleep on this, at least sleep on it.

First of all you need to show that there is a mind. In reality what we are sure about is mere experience. We are not sure if there is an experiencer. We are sure that information exist and it is conserved. So we are immortal if what we call "I" is a set of collective information.

You water this term immortality down to such a degree that it likely no longer even exists, perhaps not even at one part per million. The passing on of knowledge merely deems that knowledge immortal, or not as the case might be, and to be no more than knowledge we would be no more than the pages of a book. Immortality is not the place of death, of endings, and only some part of us is passed on to our children, and watered down further with preceding generations, further, we die.

Immortal as it relates to us mortals is of course a relative term, but those big guys, even be it with muscle, which is of course much healthier, do tend to shorter life spans than the average. unfortunately. All that hard work deserves more, however, one can train even harder than these whilst still being in control of body weight. Important because the more work the heart muscle is given in pumping blood the shorter its life will be. Whilst youth still congregates to you it is likely that you are doing well.
