But hate is never a crime, only how one may act upon this hate may or else otherwise may not be deemed a crime. Hating acid attackers on its own, so that is to say without any follow through action, is better described as a state of love, love for all those that might so easily be attacked. Other than through direct contact the hate cannot materialise without it. The love is for the majority group so the hate is outweighed by the love.
