Hi All!

Found this site by searching for philosophy audio.
Really liking the podcasts.

About myself: studied arts, worked in marketing, always been interested in philosophy.
Find lots of texts difficult to read. Always on the look of thinkers who I can understand.
One such would be Erich Fromm, for example.

If anyone knows where to find Bryan Magee's essay about Clarity in Philosophy, pls let me know.
I haven't been able to find it online. It should be in public domain though.

One of my attempts at study recently is russian philosopher Alexander Piatigorsky, late professor at London SOAS.
Just got his Buddhist Philosophy of Thought. Bloody difficult but extremely interesting read.

Connected to this is another issue I've experienced (check out Pitaygorskys 3 part youtube lecture). Lots of people I talked to (In Britain, and EU) seem to have sort of allergy to semiotics. Why is that? Anyones thoughts on this appreciated. I'd like to find out more about the philosophical background on this.
