Damn. It's hard to get excited over discussing philosophical retreads. I'm kind of jealous of d63. He'll discuss anything, not caring where it leads, and enjoy it just for the mental workout, while I'm stuck with being bored if it doesn't lead to something of great import. Lucky bugger. I envy that.

Anyway, let me sum it up; fragmented, fragile consciousness. That's what we have, exhibited in extremis by the films characters.
