It's the only one I'm aware of that's actually about poetics.
Thanks, Skip, I will have to watch or listen to 'Under Milkwood' at some point. But, as yet, I can't fit it to that.
I saw the documentary @1:30 when he talks about that, no mention of Under Milkwood was made.

The greatest poem in the English language is the present tense of the verb to be... I AM.. THOU ART.

He's not reciting Dylan Thomas.

I am telling you to listen to the clip again. Again. And no need to fucking swear.
I've already said what I think it is. And it isn't Dylan Thomas.

I'm no expert by it certainly doesn't sound like Dylan Thomas to me. I think it's just Richard Burton being Richard Burton.

Yes, not Dylan.

Nope. Unless you see Richard Burton in all his parts...like John Wayne.

Hollyoak was a Victorian social reformer on trial for saying he doesn't believe in God. Last person in England to be tried for blasphemy.

? Should be Holyoake as described in humanism.org
Well, what do you think ?

You are spot on.
As I said, Take Burton at his word. "I AM" is the poem.

U r so good at being Hobbsy.
Never mind. If you can't listen properly that is your misfortune. If you can listen carefully and choose to misrepresent what is said in a clip, then bugger off.

The record of the conversation speaks for itself.

Any fool can tell Burton was responding in an interview and it was not part of any film, not part of any poem.
