Is this a challenge for us all? What are we being liberated from? :)

Things I could do
No dog walking - a cheat as I don't have a dog
No bicycle riding - I do have one but rarely use it
No cigarette smoking - another cheat as don't smoke anyway (I don't count someone trying to teach me how to smoke at the Christmas Party - I failed  )
No sudoko or word puzzles - nope, no mental challenges for me
No swearing - I rarely do (except recently but I want to stop)
No gum chewing - not my thing, now if it was fruit gums or crisps...
No arguing - so avoid the forum then ?
