International Day of Action – Today, Thursday, November 3

Today is an international day of action in support of a financial transactions tax. As far as I know, the Occupy Cleveland movement does not have a consensus activity pertaining to this event but it is still good to know what is going on internationally regarding the movement and direct our personal choices appropriately.

“The tax structure needs to be restructured so wealth is taxed more than work, purchases of stocks, bonds and derivatives are taxed (we pay taxes on purchase food, clothing and shelter) and a truly progressive income tax is put in place. It is this unfairness at a time of economic fear that is driving the Occupy Movement.” – Kevin Zeese

I don't know who Kevin Zeese is, but I do know he's an idiot like the rest of that Occupy Wall Street crowd. As I have said before, under Evensonomics, the only proper form of taxation is a single tax on property, property being defined as anything with intrinsic market value.

What are you drivelling about? The only revision I can see is that I was wrong that it was Thatcher who paid of the last of the Yank war debt.

Oh, are you saying the BBC doesn't know what it's talking about? Why don't you jump on the bandwagon, and admit that England owes its existence to the benevolence of the USA!

Why don't you actually read what I wrote. But I'll think you'll find that its the USA that owes its existence to England. Ever wondered why you speak English?

We don't speak English, we speak American: color (not colour), hood (not bonnet), ass (not arse).

I pretty much agree that you don't speak English in America, as you needed a trade language for the various communities to communicate with each other. But no worries as soon you'll be speaking Spanish.

What do you call that thing Jesus rode in on?

The word in English which you are struggling to understand is ass or donkey; both which resemble you in your thinking.

But to be more accurate you are an ARSE, which is English for a backside/anus.

You are an arse because everything you say turns to shit.

But I digress. The American for donkey is burro. Because that is the majority language of your continent - you just ain't caught up with that yet.

Unfortunately, you don't seem to realize that American English is becoming the universal language of the world, the Oxford dictionary notwithstanding, so you better jump on the bandwagon before it's too late.

What you fail to understand is that English changes, hence your 'American English' and since the Chinese are going hell for leather studying English, English in the not too distant future will be Sino-English.

American English is the standard of the world, it has more words than any other language, it is spoken and read by more people than any other language, it is the language of science, industry, trade and aviation, and it is the language of Ouzo, O my brothers in tribulation!
