Sex is for pleasure - exclusively.

Procreation is done in a petri dish, sponsored by the state.

The state will supplement families that raise a state sponsored, scientifically created sibling built mainly from existing tested chromosomes with some individual family traits added.

Raising a non-genetically state sponsored sibling would be a financially difficult task left only for the extremely independent families.

Through computer generated 3D advances and intelligence engineering certain individual human beings would become immortal through infinite personality representations that would exist within a certain point in time of certain popular personality formats..

This would encourage correct morality & personality to be displayed and expressed by remaining actual fully human beings.

Undoubtedly many of us here at the PhilosophyNow Forums will be dead well in advance of June 6, 2036.

If you were to be alive in 2036 - How will you react to this new era in the evolution of mankind?

Will you accept change or will you cling to the past, rather flawed matrix that we presently exist under?

As you embrace this framework THAT IS NOW TAKING PLACE do you see other improvements to this new digital universe?

Bill, is your new thread supposed to represent a Trans-humanistic agenda?

Would this not be turning ourselves into materialistic Gods?

No, it's a plot suggestion for a proposed B movie.

Trans-humanistic is a good term.

Yes, that is where I am sure we are heading - at the speed of light.

I agree we are heading down that route. Only because we presently see ourself as mortals... (ego materialists)

In truth we are already immortal as this immediate here presence with the ability to experience life, senses, emotions, perceptions, thoughts, etc.. consciousness.

Consciousness cannot experience death since it is impossible to experience it's own absence.

I'd like to offer my services to you and Bill. I would be more than happy to experience both your absences for you.
