Re: Is this category worthwhile?

Only for brain-washing and main-streaming. Only philosophers with an optimistic slant will practice this, and will bully their patients by rejecting their pessimism out of hand... Much like their psychology counterparts reject depressive realism, and assume malady, which must be corrected.

Re: is consciousness supernatural and not a part of evolution.

Re: Do we lose our identity when we die?

Ever been unconscious? I have. And i lost my identity then. I gained it back, sure, but when I go next, I expect the same nothingness... A forever fugue state.

I'm just here because I wanted to give my view on the meaning of life contest, and ended up signing up here by accident... So much for meaning, yes? :/ While I am here, I may as well thrill everyone with the knowledge...

Re: The Lion King

All I know about The Lion King is the inane song about the circle of life, and that any truly sane person should reject doing anything which is circular in nature.

Re: What Is The Meaning Of Life?

There is none, except in the personal. Otherwise you would not be holding this contest after millennia of civilization with over 100 billion of us trying to answer it. It is all just continuing to continue, generation after generation, until we are no more. There are no awards ceremonies at the end ...
