Can experience be Metaphysical topics?

Chinese looks the most difficult to learn.
English and German seem good language and easiest to learn.

Could this be in line with Logical Positivism's claim on the account of knowledge?

Having interest and desire and keep doing and enjoying what is interesting and the desired seem the point of good life.

I am planning to start learning on Logic and Philosophy of Language.
Are there good recommended books on the subject? Thanks.
