Re: Do we need more Philosophy Presence on Social Media i.e the popular instagram??

Thank you for the response RickLewis. I just found the "Philosophy-Now-Magazine" Instagram-account and immediately followed! :D It has 1700 followers, which i guess is quite good for a followers number. As for my account, i will be trying out some tips that i got from a blog post i stumble...

Re: A Philosophy of Freedom by Lars Svendsen

Not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, I experienced a fugue state lasting at least 36 hours, where supposedly I cut the lawn, wandered the neighbourhood looking for my dead brother-in-law, and I'm not sure what else (I didn't ask, and didn't want to know, quite frankly). I woke in hospital w...

Re: Love doesn't happen by chance or does it?

The concept of love is one that is complex to understand, because some argue it exists, and others argue it doesn't..in normal cases this sought of argumentations end up with conflicts..or levels of misunderstandings i.e like some couple of posts before me. I guess at the end of the day you cannot s...

What would you say are the characteristics, or principles, that define a man's man. Here are a few women who would never confuse your gibber-jab...

Re: African Philosophy

What a daft idea. Africa is a fucking continent including all Arab philosophy, White settlers and a bewildering range of "tribal" wisdom. How could that have any kind of unity into which it could be called "A" tradition? Asking the question is inherently tribal/racial/groupist n...
